Econoweb Web Site Development
This is a product targeted primarily to small businesses that need a high quality and competitive website without having to make a large investment. Using WordPress as a back-end, the Genesis Framework, a child theme selected by the client, and the client’s content, we build a professional quality Econoweb website at minimum cost in a few weeks or less.
WordPress Installation
For the more adventurous, we can create a hosting site for you and even provide a domain. You don’t need to upload WordPress to your website with our host. If you want WordPress on your website, you request an install from your site’s Control Panel. The installation takes all of a few seconds. There’s another plus on this. Earlier versions of WordPress had security holes. Installing the host’s copy from the Control Panel insures you get a secure copy.
Although the installation is easy, we are available on a consulting basis if you want to build your own website from this. We charge on a per hour basis. WordPress is free, but the various themes and frameworks may cost you a little. And there are plenty of online tutorials. Putting the website together with these tools doesn’t necessarily involve programming. The system includes widgets that control different areas of the page.
Theme Customization
Although we do some simple customization when installing your basic Econoweb website, you may wish further changes beyond those simple changes. We can make those changes for you at a basic per hour charge.
Search Engine Optimization
The Econoweb sites have basic SEO work built into them. Our host also provides feedback information with site statistics. We can add customized SEO beyond this for any website (WordPress or other) on a one-time or subscription basis. We can also teach you the basic marketing strategies for search engine optimization and social networking for results.
Website Content Development
Carl has authored over 40 books, most with major publishers and some best-sellers. If you wish, Carl can work with you for developing aggressive content for your pages that can drive the search engines and social networks and get you the results you need.
